Current Bookings

Winter Rates (1st July to October long weekend)

Winter rates are per person and include linen along with weekly cleaning.
Weekly rates are based on Saturday to Saturday.

Checkout time is 10am and Checkin is 12pm. This is to allow our cleaner to have time to prepare the lodge for incoming guests.
However, if you choose to ski on the day of your departure, luggage can be stored neatly downstairs.

Nightly bookings - Weekly bookings have preference to nightly bookings.
Nightly bookings should be made by email, but if by phone, they must be confirmed by email.

Shoulder Rates (June long weekend or lift open date through to first weekend in July)

Summer Rates

We offer very competitive rates for summer bookings. Please contact our booking officer for details.

Linen and Cleaning service is not available in summer
Weekly rates are based on Saturday to Saturday.

Payments

Payments can be made by cheque or electronic banking. Please contact our Booking officer for your preferred method and they will advise the appropriate details.

Payment	Due Date
Deposit of $100 per bed	1st April each season
Balance of funds	15th May each season
Mid-season nightly bookings	Payable at the time of booking

Monies not received by the due date will see the bed allocation relinquished and available for booking by another party.

Cancellations

Deposits and final payments are non-refundable.

Bookings

All bookings are made by completing a Booking Form and submitting this to the Booking Officer via email. The booking form and rules and guidelines for bookings can be downloaded from the following links.
